How Aegis Nutrition collects, uses, and protects your information.
Effective date: October 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aegis Nutrition (“Aegis,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit aegisnutrition.com (the “Site”), take an assessment, book a consultation, or contact us. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Information you give us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our analytics and advertising tools collect technical information such as pages visited, the page that referred you, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.
We do not sell your assessment answers, and we do not use them to target advertising.
Aegis provides nutrition, training, and lifestyle coaching. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and we are not a healthcare provider. Health-related answers you give us are used only to prepare your report, recommend a coach, and support your coaching. We share them only with the Aegis coach working with you and with the service providers listed below that store them on our behalf. You may skip any question you would rather not answer, and you can ask us to delete your answers at any time.
We rely on trusted providers that process information on our behalf:
These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us, except as described in their own privacy policies for analytics and advertising data.
We share personal information only: with the Aegis coach who works with you; with the service providers above; with companies under common ownership with Aegis, where you have agreed to it; when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others; or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this Policy continues to apply.
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel), and to remember your progress if you reload an assessment page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit ad personalization through your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking cookies does not stop you from using the Site.
We keep assessment results, booking details, and contact records while you are in contact with us or a client, and for up to three years after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the providers above.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
These rights apply, among others, under U.S. state privacy laws (such as in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Washington), Canada’s PIPEDA, and the GDPR and UK GDPR. To use any of them, email us at the address below. We will respond within the time the law requires, may need to confirm your identity first, and will not treat you differently for using your rights.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent (assessments, emails, analytics and advertising cookies), on what is needed to provide services you request (bookings and coaching), and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site.
Aegis is based in the United States and our providers may store information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses our providers offer, for transfers from the EU, UK, or Canada.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to the Site and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site and our services are intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will update the date and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
